JumpStart Biology is a 128-page, full-colour, a bridginga book for years 10, 11 & 12 Biology students. It is designed primarily for high achieving students entering into VCE Units 3 & 4 without having completed Units 1 & 2 Biology. It can also be used as a revision book for students entering year 12 who wish to brush up on their year 11 content. JumpStart Biology is designed so that students can use it independently, for example over summer between year 11 and year 12, so that they can prepare themselves for the demanding final VCE year. The book offers students a combination of theory and revision contained in double-page spreads. Within this format, students can immediately test their understanding of theory (on the left-hand page) by answering the questions (on the right-hand page).
